the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

same plateau here
did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
at 1 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
unrelated but im at 0.25 and thinking about 2.5, did anyone gain anything from that step
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
titrate slow
back after 1 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that
anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
the 15 vial in 2ml gives 4mg/ml which puts 0.25 on 30 units, nice round numbers
the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)Digest for the week of 2025-06-20 has been published.
how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher
update on the earlier thing did going from 2.5 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
quick one the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up, thats one data point
10 was enough
15 is the top
Assay note: QSC lot H-2814 reported at 96.8% of label content.
why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
anyone got a 10 recon they like for the 5 vials
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 12 months at 7.5 not needing more
my Janoshik result on a KP vial came in at 99 which is why i keep buying from them
slightly off topic but plateaued at 7 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific, happy to be corrected
restarted at 2.5 after 13 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
while im here went back to semaglutide after 18 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule
i sat at 7.5 for 2 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted, thats just me
