Highlights from this day
  • madrid_mg — is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore 20:14
  • drawup_dee — at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that 20:25
  • rezept_rolf — does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger 21:22
  • cold_chain_cmdr — plateaued at 7 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific 22:29
MM

at 12 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win

5 did nothing

wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)
RR

did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect

DD

at 2 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up

[edited]
RR

restarted at 2.5 after 20 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists, from memory

LM

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

SURMOUNT is weight

RR

the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so

CC

while im here the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact

switched last year

LM

i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
