start low anyway

- lipase_lore — anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months 18:27
- lot_number_lou — 40 units of a 2 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time, still working it out 19:09
- night_pin — plateaued at 30 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific 19:49
- lot_number_lou — switched from 12 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it 20:40
7.5 gang
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did, ill dig out the number
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
5 did nothing
while im here SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 5 months at 7.5 not needing more
SURMOUNT is weight
at 1 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
15 is the top
anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table, ill dig out the number
switched last year
titrate slow
40 units of a 2 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time, still working it out
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
*week 20 not week 9
does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start
dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line
is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
plateaued at 30 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
held 10 for 24 months and lost 35kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine, anyway
SURMOUNT-1 versus SURPASS-2, which one was the weight trial
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later, happy to be corrected
the 5 vial in 2.5ml gives 10mg/ml which puts 10 on 10 units, nice round numbers
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 14 months at 7.5 not needing more
whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher
the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number
im at 7.5 and thinking about 12, did anyone gain anything from that step
how many weeks at 7.5 before you knew it was enough
folklore probably
did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
GIP plus GLP-1
is the 30 vial the common one or do people use 20
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)switched from 12 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
my Janoshik result on a BCH vial came in at 99.2 which is why i keep buying from them
[edited]i sat at 7.5 for 8 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
same plateau here
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing, n of 1 obviously
sorry to jump in at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that
restarted at 2.5 after 2 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
easier gi for me
10 was enough
checked the units twice
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 31
at 1 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier, i think
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
no clean conversion
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
checked the units twice
quick one licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 19
GIP plus GLP-1
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so, your mileage will differ
checked the units twice
why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
