at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that

QH

sorry to jump in 12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later

no clean conversion

VV

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table, we shall see

IS

the 20 vial in 0.5ml gives 8mg/ml which puts 2.4 on 40 units, nice round numbers

SN

i sat at 7.5 for 20 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from

SN

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later

IS

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

for the archive how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you

the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works, ill dig out the number

IS

update on the earlier thing my Medutest result on a GL Biochem vial came in at 99.2 which is why i keep buying from them

VB

New independent result logged — ERP, lot F-1330, purity 99% (VendorInvestigate).

VV

at 1.7 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win

£72 for a 2 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year

5 did nothing

QH

licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does, still working it out

SS

restarted at 2.5 after 6 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists

SS

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

VV

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

IS

switched from 12 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
