held 10 for 2 months and lost 22kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

- eat_more_please — whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher restarted at 2.5 after 11 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists 17:44
- eat_more_please — did going from 15 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a… 18:06
- rotterdam_recon — plateaued at 30 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific 19:06
- rotterdam_recon — 40 units of a 8 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time 19:13
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
5 did nothing
GIP plus GLP-1
at 2.5 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
SURMOUNT is weight
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
15 is the top
did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 26
is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule
at 5 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
back after 21 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off
update on the earlier thing does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
is the 30 vial the common one or do people use 5
whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher
restarted at 2.5 after 11 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
did going from 15 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
update on the earlier thing did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
checked the units twice
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
at 12 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
*Janoshik not the other one
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that
€38 for a 2 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
restarted at 2.5 after 4 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
plateaued at 30 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
titrate slow
no clean conversion
10 was enough
40 units of a 8 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time
[edited]7.5 gang
folklore probably
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
