i sat at 7.5 for 15 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from, ymmv

TT

im at 2 and thinking about 1, did anyone gain anything from that step

PB

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

SC

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table, take that with a pinch of salt

SN

changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

🤝2

no clean conversion

SN

restarted at 2.5 after 24 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists

PB

the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact

SC

dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line

PB

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did

[edited]

the 2 vial in 3ml gives 2.5mg/ml which puts 15 on 5 units, nice round numbers

GG

whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different

at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that

checked the units twice
