held at 10 for months so 10 to 12.5 was a nothing step for me and 5 to 7.5 was the hard one, and everybody has a different hard one

the higher doses exist. that is not the same as the higher doses being the destination, flatter across the week for me

came back down, reporting nothing here is advice and my run is one person with a notebook
oh wow, gave it five weeks
i stopped at 1 and never went further and my notes say that was the right call for me, n of 1 obviously
dexa results in licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
