the sleep apnoea trial enrolled a specific population and reading it across is a stretch

my notes across the switch are more useful than anything i remember about it, which is the argument for notes

do people split the weekly on this or is that only a sema thing, sorry if thats been covered

one for the chart people 12 and 10 were indistinguishable for me over a year, and i only know that because i wrote it down at the time, no prize for moving

5 did nothing

👀14

back down to 10

VL

the nausea profile being milder is widely reported here and it is not a universal experience, happy to be told my reading is wrong

the effect felt flatter across the week for me than what i was used to, and that was the main difference i noticed, the population was studied properly

CS

one for the chart people week two of a step is worse than week one for me every single time, which makes the four week rule feel arbitrary

CS

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

VL

how much of the difference people describe is dose and how much is the molecule, anyone

SURMOUNT-1 is the weight trial and the SURPASS programme is the glycaemic one, and people quote them across each other constantly, the middle did more for me

the week of a step change was consistently the worst week for me across the whole ladder, happy to be told my reading is wrong
