dexa results in the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
the 2.5 step did nothing measurable for me

- split_the_cost — two years in, so the 2.5 step did nothing measurable for me and i now think that is exactly what it is for, n of 1 obviously. 2.5 is a starting dose 13:08
i went 2.5 to 5 to 7.5 over twelve weeks and the middle step was the one that did the work, in the population they enrolled
ugh, went up too fast
i tracked steps and sleep alongside the dose and the sleep column turned out to be the interesting one
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
small correction to my earlier message the injection site changed nothing for me and i rotated deliberately for 19 months to check, ask a prescriber before changing anything
say that again, milder for me too
step change week report there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing, research use only
week two of a step is worse than week one for me every single time, which makes the four week rule feel arbitrary
not a clinician
the plateau at the middle step broke on its own after seven weeks with nothing changed
plenty of people settle at 5 or 7.5 and never go higher because nothing needed fixing, that was my second climb
held there
