coming back to this as of when i last looked, nhs access ran through specialist weight management services and the criteria were tight
i would not repeat any of the nhs criteria as current fact, they were revised at least once since i last read them
unlicensed in mhra terms means there is no uk marketing authorisation for that product. it is not the same as illegal and it is not the same as approved
