off label and unlicensed get used interchangeably in here and they are different. off label is a licensed product used outside its licence
the online clinics vary enormously in how much they check. one wanted a video call and photographs and one wanted almost nothing

i moved from private to nhs and the handover was messy. one experience in one area, nothing more than that, happy to be corrected

coming back to this what does unlicensed actually mean when the mhra uses the word
the pharmacy gap in my area lasted about six weeks when i went through it, and it was member reported as nationwide at the time
cheapest legitimate route i found was a pharmacy led online service, and cheapest is only one axis of that decision
the shortage was upstream of the pharmacies as far as anyone here could tell, and shouting at counter staff achieved nothing
