quick one update from 1 months ago: my clinic price went up by $94 and the supply steadied in the same month

scotland ran a different process from england when i looked into it, and a member there reported a shorter wait

northern ireland sits under different arrangements from great britain and those have changed more than once, so do not treat anything i say about it as current

ireland runs its own reimbursement system and as best i understood it a year ago the picture there was less generous than people expect
