genuine question a private prescription in the uk was dispensable at any pharmacy willing to take it, in my experience of it

i rang eleven pharmacies and the twelfth had it. that was one winter, and it is not a strategy
when i checked last year my local specialist service was quoting eighteen months to two years, and that was for a first appointment

driving never came up for me at all and i would ask a clinician rather than take my word on it
the criteria included a bmi threshold plus comorbidities when i read them, and they have been revised since, so check rather than trust me

mine was 18 months
cheapest legitimate route i found was a pharmacy led online service, and cheapest is only one axis of that decision, for what its worth
border force stopped a parcel of mine and sent a letter, and that was the whole of it. no follow up and no knock at the door

the shortage was upstream of the pharmacies as far as anyone here could tell, and shouting at counter staff achieved nothing
