as of when i last looked, nhs access ran through specialist weight management services and the criteria were tight
when i checked last year my local specialist service was quoting eighteen months to two years, and that was for a first appointment

[edited]the pharmacy gap in my area lasted about six weeks when i went through it, and it was member reported as nationwide at the time
the tier 3 referral needed my gp to actually make it, and that turned out to be harder than meeting the criteria
off label and unlicensed get used interchangeably in here and they are different. off label is a licensed product used outside its licence
