the criteria included a bmi threshold plus comorbidities when i read them, and they have been revised since, so check rather than trust me, date it or it is folklore

update from 19 months ago: my clinic price went up by £185 and the supply steadied in the same month, still working it out

scotland has differed on some of this and i would check rather than assume it still does

when i checked last year my local specialist service was quoting eighteen months to two years, and that was for a first appointment, get the referral in regardless
