prices at private clinics moved twice while i was with one, and that seems to be normal rather than exceptional, check rather than assume
northern ireland sits under different arrangements from great britain and those have changed more than once, so do not treat anything i say about it as current
checked this recently and ireland runs its own reimbursement system and as best i understood it a year ago the picture there was less generous than people expect, ring round before you accept that
nhs route question is the picture in ireland completely separate on reimbursement, idle question
scotland has differed on some of this and i would check rather than assume it still does, ireland is a different system
ask in writing
i rang eleven pharmacies and the twelfth had it. that was one winter, and it is not a strategy

when i last checked, tier 3 waits varied enormously by region and the range was measured in years rather than months, thats one data point
uk data point the shortage was upstream of the pharmacies as far as anyone here could tell, and shouting at counter staff achieved nothing
regional variation again the criteria included a bmi threshold plus comorbidities when i read them, and they have been revised since, so check rather than trust me, ask what is included
