a reseller relabelling a synthesis house is a different risk profile from the synthesis house
i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate
they slipped
how long does support usually take to answer
a supplier who tells you something is out of stock rather than shipping late is doing you a favour
lead times stretch badly around chinese new year. order early or wait it out
update from 1 months ago: switched suppliers on fill consistency, not on purity
coming back to this ask who actually makes it. about a third of suppliers answer honestly and that answer is worth a lot
