a supplier who tells you something is out of stock rather than shipping late is doing you a favour
lead times stretch badly around chinese new year. order early or wait it out

cold packs are not standard everywhere. ask explicitly and it usually costs nothing
while im here support answering in two days is good. answering in nine is a data point about the whole operation
sorry to jump in what does everyone consider a fair per mg price now
minimum orders push people into buying more than they want, which is a real cost nobody puts in the per mg number
quoted lead time was 3 days, real one was 4. is that typical
i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate
