i have never had a problem i could not resolve with HJ, which is a low bar and a lot of suppliers fail it, we shall see
right so support answering in two days is good. answering in nine is a data point about the whole operation

minimum orders push people into buying more than they want, which is a real cost nobody puts in the per mg number, anyway
no sourcing requests by private message. not from members, not from suppliers, and we report anyone who tries
