i have never had a problem i could not resolve with JEEP, which is a low bar and a lot of suppliers fail it

sorry to jump in i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate

a supplier who tells you something is out of stock rather than shipping late is doing you a favour

update on the earlier thing how many suppliers do people actually keep on rotation

ask who actually makes it. about a third of suppliers answer honestly and that answer is worth a lot

GL Biochem has been consistent for me across 8 orders which is what i actually want

minimum orders push people into buying more than they want, which is a real cost nobody puts in the per mg number

cold packs are not standard everywhere. ask explicitly and it usually costs nothing
