i have never had a problem i could not resolve with QYB, which is a low bar and a lot of suppliers fail it
no sourcing requests by private message. not from members, not from suppliers, and we report anyone who tries
support answering in two days is good. answering in nine is a data point about the whole operation

my first order from QYB was fine and my fourth was better. they have improved, thats one data point
i keep three suppliers on rotation so a stock gap never becomes a problem
