quoted lead time was 5 days, real one was 21. is that typical
i keep three suppliers on rotation so a stock gap never becomes a problem
while im here cold packs are not standard everywhere. ask explicitly and it usually costs nothing, ymmv

slightly off topic but a supplier who tells you something is out of stock rather than shipping late is doing you a favour
