how long does support usually take to answer
cheap per mg is not the same as good value. i have paid more twice and been glad both times
a reseller relabelling a synthesis house is a different risk profile from the synthesis house

i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate, ymmv
