lead times stretch badly around chinese new year. order early or wait it out

ask who actually makes it. about a third of suppliers answer honestly and that answer is worth a lot, for what its worth

i keep three suppliers on rotation so a stock gap never becomes a problem

three orders no issues

if three people give you three different suppliers, that is because all three work. pick one and test it

CP

update on the earlier thing cheap per mg is not the same as good value. i have paid more twice and been glad both times

FA

cold packs are not standard everywhere. ask explicitly and it usually costs nothing, anyway

CP

the room does not rank suppliers on price. it ranks them on whether what arrives matches what was described

FA

minimum orders push people into buying more than they want, which is a real cost nobody puts in the per mg number, i could be wrong

i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate

is a cold pack standard or do you have to ask

my first order from QST was fine and my fourth was better. they have improved

SB

update from 19 months ago: switched suppliers on fill consistency, not on purity

support answering in two days is good. answering in nine is a data point about the whole operation
i have never had a problem i could not resolve with BCH, which is a low bar and a lot of suppliers fail it

CP

a supplier who tells you something is out of stock rather than shipping late is doing you a favour

unrelated but prices move without announcement more often than people expect. screenshot your invoice, we shall see
