cold packs are not standard everywhere. ask explicitly and it usually costs nothing
a 10mg vial at 38 in a pack of five, plus 25 shipping, is 215 for 50mg. thats 4.30 per mg

minimum orders push people into buying more than they want, which is a real cost nobody puts in the per mg number
is it worth paying more for better paperwork
the same 50mg at 185 with free shipping is 3.70 per mg. cheaper, and i still ordered the first one, anyway
genuine question price per mg including shipping is the only comparison that means anything
genuine question i keep three suppliers on rotation so a stock gap never becomes a problem
