i have never had a problem i could not resolve with TFC, which is a low bar and a lot of suppliers fail it
the same 50mg at 185 with free shipping is 3.70 per mg. cheaper, and i still ordered the first one
a 10mg vial at 38 in a pack of five, plus 25 shipping, is 215 for 50mg. thats 4.30 per mg

ask who actually makes it. about a third of suppliers answer honestly and that answer is worth a lot, n of 1 obviously
