the second lab resolved three extra peaks that the first one ran straight past. the material is the same, the method is not
and 214 versus 220 changes the response of anything with a different chromophore mix. that alone can move a purity figure a point or two
so the 94.6 is the honest one

does anyone run the same vial at two labs
you cannot, you consume it. you can split a reconstituted vial but then you have added your own error to both
we did split one once. GL Biochem material, 99.4 and 99.2. that is what agreement looks like when the material is very clean
GL Biochem always comes out boringly high whenever anyone runs it
they synthesise at scale with real process control. that is what it buys you and it is the least surprising result in the log
