a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it
the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
down 67 and my resting heart rate dropped 9 bpm, related or not
congrats
quick one went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win
coming back to this does anyone have a milestone they were embarrassed to admit mattered
for the archive the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part
kept 48 of it off for 9 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
[edited]thats not showing off
genuine question i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
[edited]down 30 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine, ask me again in a month
my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same
cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night
SURPASS-2 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better
my wedding ring fits again after 6 months, does anyone else measure things that arent weight
youre allowed to be pleased
thats a big drop
please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it
i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did
blood pressure was 148 over 94 at baseline and 126 over 80 today, is that the weight or coincidence

m6 101.6
m7 99.2follow up what non scale thing surprised you most
no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop, ask me again in a month
[edited]26 down in 24 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale
my knees stopped hurting around 31 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage
good bp move
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me
half a stone in 6 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about
still here at month 14
thats the win
is it weird that the clothes size mattered more to me than the number did
the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much
i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything, i have it written down somewhere
the stairs thing yeah
does anyone else keep one pair of old jeans purely as a measuring device
