AT

the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was

BS

i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls, from memory

SD

25 down in 14 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale
resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know

BS

i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about

AT

week three nearly finished me and im at month 9 now, does anyone want the boring version

MC

half a stone in 13 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening

i was down 42 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure

size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop

DD

update on the earlier thing down 103 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine, ask me again in a month

DD

no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do

BS

blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets

AT

coming back to this cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night

VV

bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting

VV

i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust

MC

coming back after 24 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody

kept 48 of it off for 26 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of

i nearly quit too

right so my wedding ring fits again after 14 months, does anyone else measure things that arent weight
the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much

SD

i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it, n of 1 obviously

GA

first time under a number i havent seen since 2016, what did people do at that point

SD

honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug

FF

sorry to jump in repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in

GA

a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it

GA

blood pressure was 148 over 94 at baseline and 126 over 80 today, is that the weight or coincidence

ring fitting is the best one

10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
