please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it

TT

blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets, i have it written down somewhere

*Medutest not the other one

congrats

SA

the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part, from memory

TT

i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust

keep going

the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance

TT

went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win

MS

my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial

TT

down 9 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win

thats a big drop

📈7🧪17

the stairs thing yeah

a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it

week three nearly finished me and im at month 13 now, does anyone want the boring version

blood pressure was 148 over 94 at baseline and 126 over 80 today, is that the weight or coincidence

a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything

MS

sorry to jump in how long did it take before you believed it was actually working

the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it

half a stone in 4 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening

⚠️1💀14

youre allowed to be pleased

down 64 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine

TY

the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much

thats the win

TT

slow is fine

m0 118.4
m1 113.9
m2 110.2
m3 108.8
m4 108.1 <- the stall
m5 105.0
m6 101.6
m7 99.2

while im here i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls

does the room want the numbers or just the story

for the archive congratulations, genuinely. and thank you for putting the caveats in, most people do not bother

still here at month 14

TY

nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 3 now

PP

kept 27 of it off for 16 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
