sorry to jump in my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same
right so week three nearly finished me and im at month 26 now, does anyone want the boring version
congrats
while im here down 34 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
is there a point where you stop weighing daily
unrelated but nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 11 now
the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much, i have it written down somewhere
youre allowed to be pleased
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop, we shall see
went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win
does anyone else keep one pair of old jeans purely as a measuring device
how do you celebrate this without it being about food
i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
is it weird that the clothes size mattered more to me than the number did
i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything

brilliant a1c
i was down 34 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
kept 11 of it off for 13 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
good bp move
SURPASS-2 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better
well done
coming back to this does anyone have a milestone they were embarrassed to admit mattered
resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know
my knees stopped hurting around 39 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage
thats a big drop
while im here hit 4 down this morning and im sat here not really feeling anything, is that normal
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
does the room want the numbers or just the story
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
months not weeks
the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
my wedding ring fits again after 4 months, does anyone else measure things that arent weight
first time under a number i havent seen since 2016, what did people do at that point
keep going
went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason
[edited]no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it
i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did, we shall see
