i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust
#wins 2025-09-09
- sharps_comedy — went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win, still working it out 18:55
- egfr_ed — half a stone in 30 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening 20:45
- spreadsheet_stu — 10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month 21:19
- first_month_fi — how do you celebrate this without it being about food 21:22
- never_for_sale — repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in kept 26 of it off for 20 months now and that is the number i am actually… 21:56
careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
i was down 24 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
quick one i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win, still working it out
for the archive how do you say youre pleased in here without it sounding like an advert
*PeptideMeter not the other one
thats a big drop
the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
unrelated but bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting
cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night
while im here a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same
the stairs thing yeah
the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part
slow is fine
week three nearly finished me and im at month 9 now, does anyone want the boring version
down 40 since 26 months ago, whats a sensible thing to celebrate at
i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
down 73 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
congratulations, genuinely. and thank you for putting the caveats in, most people do not bother
good bp move
half a stone in 30 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening
Inter-lab diff for lot KP-0925: 98.6% vs 99%. Within expected range.
what non scale thing surprised you most
is it weird that the clothes size mattered more to me than the number did
10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
love this channel
how do you celebrate this without it being about food
does anyone else keep one pair of old jeans purely as a measuring device
youre allowed to be pleased
thats the win
repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
kept 26 of it off for 20 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
well done
SURPASS-2 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better
a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
ring fitting is the best one
i want to say something in here but im worried about sounding like im showing off
thats brilliant
i nearly quit too
thats not showing off
