13 down in 25 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale
while im here i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust
down 98 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
kept 38 of it off for 21 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
