the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was
#wins 2025-10-13
- food_noise_off — resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know 22:49
- careful_claims — honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug 23:02
- food_noise_off — i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls 23:20
- two_three_lifts — no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do 23:25
- food_noise_off — quick one the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available 23:52
ok so the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much
went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win
somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me
anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself
somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly
love this channel
kept 21 of it off for 8 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two, from memory
down 54 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
congrats
resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know
i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
keep going
14 down in 22 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale
right so bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting
i was down 17 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
slow is fine
honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug
please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it
what non scale thing surprised you most
the stairs thing yeah
thats the win
thats a big drop
[edited]brilliant a1c
i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls
ring fitting is the best one
how long did it take before you believed it was actually working
no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do
repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason
week three nearly finished me and im at month 18 now, does anyone want the boring version
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop, ask me again in a month
down 103 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
quick one the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
[edited]slightly off topic but i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
