coming back to this the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance

i was down 6 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
39 down in 5 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale
