a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
genuine question careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
is there a point where you stop weighing daily
while im here somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly
down 22 since 12 months ago, whats a sensible thing to celebrate at
FLOW reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better
thats not showing off
months not weeks
a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it
went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win, i think
Reminder set. I will post here in 4 days.
keep going
i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
[edited]the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything
i was down 13 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
coming back to this down 46 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
youre allowed to be pleased
first time under a number i havent seen since 2016, what did people do at that point
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
down 95 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win

love this channel
my knees stopped hurting around 33 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage
congrats
unrelated but blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets

the stairs thing yeah
