Highlights from this day
  • still_here_2024 — i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did 14:39
  • week_three_wall — kept 23 of it off for 6 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of 15:27
  • still_here_2024 — cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold,… 16:17
  • half_life_hal — down 17 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine 16:34

somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me

honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug

no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do

thats a big drop

the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance
