i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny

VI

my knees stopped hurting around 32 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage

VI

thats not showing off

right so i was down 13 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure

*week 18 not week 6

OO

10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month

🎉1👍5
OO

i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls

please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it

GG

careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two

[edited]

cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night
i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did

the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going

i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about

thats the win

how do you say youre pleased in here without it sounding like an advert

congrats

m0 118.4
m1 113.9
m2 110.2
m3 108.8
m4 108.1 <- the stall
m5 105.0
m6 101.6
m7 99.2

the stairs thing yeah

my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same

OO

went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win

*that should say weekly

PF

no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do

anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself

OO

honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug

down 42 since 8 months ago, whats a sensible thing to celebrate at

🤝4😂2💀1

down 90 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine

does the room want the numbers or just the story
my knees stopped hurting around 37 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage

VI

a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything

PF

coming back after 15 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody
