MO

my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same

GG

i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust

PM

half a stone in 30 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening

MO

honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug, n of 1 obviously

GG

while im here how long did it take before you believed it was actually working

MO

i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny

months not weeks

repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in

VB

🔥5

slightly off topic but resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know

ring fitting is the best one

well done

MO

somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me

RS

SURPASS-2 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better

MO

down 56 and my resting heart rate dropped 9 bpm, related or not

MO

the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available

keep going

week three nearly finished me and im at month 20 now, does anyone want the boring version

is there a point where you stop weighing daily

👀18
MM

my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial

SS

sorry to jump in a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything

while im here how do you say youre pleased in here without it sounding like an advert

⚠️6😂2
FT

hit 18 down this morning and im sat here not really feeling anything, is that normal

FT

kept 12 of it off for 26 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of

SS

i was down 9 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure, i think

VB

Verification log updated: WWB — evidence added, status unchanged.

🤝1

blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets

FT

unrelated but anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself

slow is fine

RS

bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting
somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me

the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going

i want to say something in here but im worried about sounding like im showing off

RS

coming back after 15 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody

MS

nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 4 now, i have it written down somewhere

MS

down 95 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
