my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same
youre allowed to be pleased
update on the earlier thing i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about, not advice obviously
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust, take that with a pinch of salt
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
coming back after 6 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody
the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part
a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it, from memory
while im here i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
kept 47 of it off for 18 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
ring fitting is the best one
brilliant a1c
honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug
is there a point where you stop weighing daily
slightly off topic but down 5 since 3 months ago, whats a sensible thing to celebrate at
10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 7 now
slow is fine
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
[edited]week three nearly finished me and im at month 21 now, does anyone want the boring version
*week 4 not week 9
i was down 20 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
slightly off topic but is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect
43 down in 3 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale
months not weeks
down 65 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
does the room want the numbers or just the story
first time under a number i havent seen since 2016, what did people do at that point
i nearly quit too
how long did it take before you believed it was actually working
the stairs thing yeah
went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason
resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know
the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much

size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
[edited]repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
down 22 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
half a stone in 19 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening
i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it, anyway
somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly
i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls
i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did
the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was
love this channel
does anyone else keep one pair of old jeans purely as a measuring device
still here at month 14
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
[edited]no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do
