staying the same, counting it the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available, nobody has to earn this channel
not a scale win but a1c moving before the scale does is common and it is the win people undersell, still pleased about it
not a scale win but went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win, photos beat the numbers
