blood pressure coming down is absolutely a win and nobody should feel odd about celebrating it, not a scale thing

month 5 update what non scale thing surprised you most, i have looked and cannot find it
a1c moving before the scale does is common and it is the win people undersell, two years, and that is fine
18 down in 15 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale, no idea if that is typical

a bit pleased the bloods win is the one that will still matter in ten years and it is the one nobody claps for
blood pressure win
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
a cpap pressure change is a clinical measurement someone else made about you and that makes it hard to argue with, the small ones count
