careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
i keep a list of the small ones and reading it back is better than any single big number, a tape measure told me before the scale did
not sure this counts but a1c moving before the scale does is common and it is the win people undersell, no idea if that is typical
tiny thing, but the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was, read it back on a bad week
the bloods win is the one that will still matter in ten years and it is the one nobody claps for, still pleased about it
