blood pressure coming down is absolutely a win

reading back my day one note blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets, photos beat the numbers

as promised bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting, the small ones count

i was down 26 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure

did anybody have a bloods win rather than a body one, for my own notes

flat after hitting the number this channel is for the good news and nobody has to earn their way into it

i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about, count the small ones

i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything, that took 22 months

the bloods win is the one that will still matter in ten years and it is the one nobody claps for

possibly obvious but i hit the number i had picked at the start and felt completely flat for about a week, which nobody warns you about, that one took 10 months

please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it, not a scale thing
