UTC always, no seasonal adjustment, which is why evenings in australia land on the previous date

ok so gaps look worse in the sourcing channels because of the new year window when suppliers close
the totals count published days only, so a missing day doesnt inflate the volume figures
whats the difference between a missing day and an empty day

there were two multi day logging failures, one in 2024 and one in 2025, those days are just gone, anyway

nobody edits a day after it closes except to apply a redaction, thats why the typos are all still there
