how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
#cagrilintide 2024-10-06
amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist
the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair
for the archive £185 for a 20 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses
nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like
anyone dosing this on a different day to their semaglutide
cagrisema thats it
underwhelming honestly
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work, your mileage will differ
the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first
has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work
[edited]coming back to this the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing
update on the earlier thing went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information
is the weekly schedule the same here
*week 25 not week 8
is 2.4 the number for this too or am i confusing compounds
the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent
2 in 3ml gives 8mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round
titrating dead slow
did the combination change your GI compared to the GLP-1 alone
unrelated but i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something
did anyone find monotherapy underwhelming
dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect
[edited]separate days
