- secretagogue_sy — the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair 13:16
- turnaround_tam — if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way, i have it written down somewhere 13:54
- VialBot — Recon calculator: 15mg in 0.5ml = 2mg/ml. 15:17
- plus_sixteen — nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like 15:30
- identity_shift — follow up two VendorInvestigate results on the same KP lot came back 99.4 and 98.1, closer than i expected the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so… 16:24
noticed something around week 16 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to
combination for me
[edited]stopped for 2 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose

for the archive did the nausea feel different to you or just less
monotherapy question, did appetite move for you without a GLP-1 alongside
slower than the others
amylin not glp-1
underwhelming honestly
whats the recon people use, 10 in 1.5ml
different not less

cant separate them
cagrisema thats it
added it to an existing cagrilintide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible
[edited]monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work
is 2.4 the number for this too or am i confusing compounds
[edited]anyone stopped the GLP-1 and kept only this
thats the phase 3 one
separate days
i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me
the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule

*Medutest not the other one
how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something
