dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 2 months, appetite held but weight barely moved
weekly for me, same day every week, no reason beyond habit
amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected, thats one data point

coming back to this went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information, anyway

follow up i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 26 months im still sceptical, just less so
is the combination just the two dosed together or a single formulation
