is the nausea profile genuinely different or am i imagining it
#cagrilintide 2025-07-06
did anyone add this to an existing cagrilintide dose rather than starting both
monotherapy question, did appetite move for you without a GLP-1 alongside
separate days
the fullness effect hasnt faded over 8 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve
is the slower titration because of nausea or something else
its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake
is 2.4 the number for this too or am i confusing compounds
the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing
is the combination just the two dosed together or a single formulation
noticed something around week 8 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to
how slow are people titrating this compared to semaglutide
amylin not glp-1
whats REDEFINE testing exactly
held at 7.5 for 5 months on monotherapy before i touched it again
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way, not advice obviously
i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 26 months im still sceptical, just less so
slower than the others
held mine a while
anyone dosing this on a different day to their cagrilintide
amylin analogue, so its not a GLP-1 at all right
unrelated but did anyone find monotherapy underwhelming
