Highlights from this day
  • power_through_no — £55 for a 20 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses 19:48
  • power_through_no — two VendorInvestigate results on the same HJ lot came back 99.4 and 99.2, closer than i expected, anyway 20:56
  • amsterdam_aliquot — the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing 22:10
  • knees_first — for the archive the fullness effect hasnt faded over 11 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve, ill dig out the number you cannot tell which of the two is doing… 22:56
VO

unrelated but lost 50lb over 5 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it

1🤝10

went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information

dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect

monotherapy here

added it to an existing tirzepatide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible

you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could

underwhelming honestly

VO

if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way

VO

monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work

amylin not glp-1

two VendorInvestigate results on the same HJ lot came back 99.4 and 99.2, closer than i expected, anyway

TT

its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake

AA

the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing
